12/2017 My Daughter rear ended another vehicle and brought her car back to Pitts Automotive to see the damage done to her car. Although Pitts could not do both the mechanical and body repairs to her car, Maggie was very helpful to email me some places that may be able to assist me. That was very considerate and I thought it was very thoughtful, especially this time of year! I highly recommend Pitts Automotive if within the Tuscaloosa vicinity!

Called in on a Monday afternoon about getting my truck's side mirror repaired. They were able to assist me right away, ordered the part the same day and had my mirror repaired in about 20 minutes that Thursday.
