This was a longer process than it needed to be. The man insisted our truck staying even after he fixed a leak in the engine. After spending hundreds of dollars the truck died the very next day and the man came off pushy and intimidating trying to convince us he could fix it again. We ended up having it towed two different times and spent money we shouldn't have. We will not be back and do not recommend this shop.
I called and spoke with Rick about an issue I was having with my vehicle. He told me to bring it in and he would check it out. I had to place an insurance claim on the problem and Rick handled that as well. He had to go back and forth with the insurance company to get the issue covered but he acted as an advocate for me and was able to get the insurance to go his way to the best of his ability. The crew is great and so far my car is running better than it did before. Do not hesitate to get your car serviced at AAMCO!
