This has got to be one of the most down home business I've every been to. If they can take care of your problem they'll tell you, if they can't, they definitely will let you know or refer yout to someone. My alignment was the cheapest out of all places called. I'll be doing business with them as long as they're around!!
Took my lifted truck in for an alignment. Two hours later I got a call from the "alignment specialist" letting me know he needed to "cut off" part of my lift. I told him not to touch my truck & I would come get it. When I got there, the shop manager told me the same thing. Obviously they didn't know what they were doing. I have had this truck over 10 years & have had it aligned several times before. I took it somewhere else and they did the alignment without hacking up my truck. Waste of my time.
I called to get a price on tires, and the salesman was unbelievably rude for no reason, when he gave me my total he changed his attitude real quick. I will definitely not be doing any business with them.
