Just hope next customer will keep his eye wile open when dealing with Norris. Also hope Norris will abandon this kind of bad business strategy. Actually I was planning to ask Norris to do some other replacement on both my cars like timing belt change. Couple of my friends have also been waiting for my evaluation on Norris. Obviously I will not. Neither would I recommend it to anybody!
Awesome Company to deal with! Very professional and trust worthy. Our daughter is attending the University of Alabama and has taken her car there for any little thing. They have always taken excellent care of her car. We are very thankful for the service this company has provided.
Great place, I live in Chicago and son is at school out there. The owner was so helpful did a great job for half the cost of another locations price.

I went to this auto repair shop for replacing my car's dead starter as well as 14 years old spark plugs. I asked the owner/manager about the parts he was going to use on my car and he said for starter, it would be brand new "ultima Pro". for spark plugs they are NGK's. When all work was done and I signed the bill, leaving for home, on the way I found they used "re-manufactured" starter instead of new one. The spark plugs are of "iridium". I have to admit that it was my fault not checking the detail carefully before paying the bill. But I trusted him because he wrote everything down on paper when we were talking about the parts issue (I still have the paper). I did not expected he would do this kind of dishonest thing!
Norris has one good thing I have to admit. It gives you every detailed info and the total cost to $0.01 level before you give your vehicle to it. This practice makes me believe it would be an honest business. That's the reason I selected it. Right now I regret on my choice. :(
Great experience with the people. They are very understanding. They get to your car in a very good timely matter. Jack is the best! An the mechanics are so cool to talk to! The best place ive ever been. I will never go any were else again.
Had AC work done. They explained the details to me very well and were a very good price. I would recommend Norris to anyone looking to have AC work done. I can't speak for their other services, but based on the service I had, I'd go there for another problem.
