Suggestion-consider some sort of food on site. Bistro, short order grill, sandwich shop, small cafe, or even a fancy vending machine that has something besides candy and crackers. It never fails that you have customers on site for 3-4 hours. I can't leave because if I do, I will get out of line in the financing department. Or, servicing of my vehicle is taking longer than expected.
Jason finch was our sales person this time. He was a huge help. He was willing to take as much time as we needed. Answered, or got help and tried to answer every question. Absolutely no pressure from him. He showed us all the features of the car after signing all the documents. Made sure we were comfortable before we left. He even responded to a text a day or so after the sale.

Great experience. We go back to Tuscaloosa Toyota just because of the environment they have created. We took the opportunity to lease 3 years ago so our most resent experience was a lease turn in with a new lease of a 2017. It seems there's a need for further leases education both with the salespeople and the buyers. We are continuing to learn new things about the lease process. As we are asking questions, the salesman had to go ask the financing department. I even stumped them. The answer was to call the financing company at the beginning of the next business day.
