Five stars aren't enough. They deserve more. Consistently deliver outstanding service long after the sale. I love the Mercedes-Benz brand, but I love the service I receive even more!
My family and I have been Mercedes customers for over 20 years, and we have been to many dealerships. This place is far and above the best. Although I only went in to get a headlight replaced, they replaced it very quickly and it was less expensive than they initially quoted me. They also did a great job in cleaning my car. In all it was a great experience.
Courteous service and the process was thorough and efficient. Great and friendly staff in a welcoming atmosphere.
Have put 9 tires on my daughters car in last 6 months and keep being told "we can't find anything wrong." Would not recommend this dealership to anyone for service. I've got to take it all the way to Birmingham now which is 90 miles from my house service dept refuses to return my calls. If there was a zero star I'd rate it as that.
