"WOW" That's all I can say about this place!!!! I would like to tell you a short story. My name is David and I have been in public service as a firefighter/paramedic for the last 28 yrs. About three months ago i responded to a severe accident involving a Kia Optima that had rolled over down an interstate several times then hit a concrete guard rail. The young lady got herself out of the car and refused to go to the hospital. she had only very minor injuries. Then on 05-09-2016 my youngest son was involved in a bad one. My 2015 Kia Soul was totaled by a speeding driver. In both of these vehicles "ALL" of the airbags were deployed. Thanks to the hand of an Almighty God!!! and the quality of the Kia Soul my son walked away with only slight bruising. Now let me introduce you to the place to go and the man to see to get yours. I was looking at cars and found a lot suffered from low crash test ratings. I saw Carlock Kia had several nice vehicles with a good crash test ratings so I went in to take a look. I was greeted at the door by Kim a top sales person who is professional, knowledgeable and polite. I was shown cars that had very good prices and lots of options. The staff worked well together and was able to complete my sell in just a couple of hours. I left in the car I wanted, at a price I still can't believe, and happy.
WARNING-BE AWARE!! Carrick Kia is a shady company. They will doctor your loan application to get you 'financed for a brand new Kia then two weeks after you've driven your new car off the lot the finance company and Car Lock Kia sends you letters that says your loan was not approved and you have to return the car! Our Attorney tells us this car lot and others are shady and not to be trusted. Wish we had checked with our attorney before we gave them our business!
Giving a 5 star rating for the new commercial that I just seen (without Andy). Not being mean at all but with Andy on it it was too loud and the girl could never get a word in edge wise. But the commercial I just seen with the 2 men, great commercial. Calmly and cheerfully got there point across, much better than the other commercials!
Service department is awful. Service writers seem like they have 0 experience and absolutely no people skills.
