My 25 year old daughter bought a Toyota 4 Runner from this dealership in July 2017. I would not recommend purchasing from this company. I felt that they were somewhat high pressure as they told her that the vehicle would not last on their lot and if she did not put a down payment down that day it would be gone. The down payment was over $1000 non refundable. We live in Ohio so they knew that we could not get there to check out the vehicle for her, but I was assured over the phone that it was a good vehicle and that "they only have their reputation." They would not negotiate at all on the price. They talked her into a $2000 extended warranty that was supposed to cover most issues but wear and tear. Within the first week the sunroof leaked on it, which we later found out was aftermarket, not factory installed. Had to take the vehicle back to them 2 times for them to "fix" the issue. Wanted to leave it there because it was an hour 1 way commute there, so that they could fix it properly but they wouldn't give her a loaner vehicle. The manager I spoke to on the phone about it was not very customer service friendly, as he did not seem to be interested in really doing anything to assure us that they fixed the problem. They did not do what was necessary to completely fix the problem either time. So after two trips there and it still leaked, we ended up bringing the vehicle back to Ohio to have someone we know fix it properly by dropping the headliner and cleaning the drains. Now after 6 months of owning it, she needed to use the 4 wheel drive and it is not working at all. They did not have her try the 4 wheel drive when she drove it and she hadn't needed it before now. Long story short, it needs a new transfer case ( which is a $2500 fix) and even though she purchased the extended warranty, she is going to have to pay about $500 out of pocket because the warranty company will only cover $85/hour for labor and the dealership is charging $110/hr. Plus the warranty company didn't want to pay for a rental car for her even though she was told when she purchased the warranty that it paid for a rental if it ever broke down. She ended up calling the warranty company and did convince them to cover the rental but has to pay some out of pocket for that as well. All in all, this company is happy to sell cars and get them off the lot but doesn't want to hear from unhappy customers after the sale or do anything to make it right. Buyer beware.

Great experience. The whole staff was very friendly and helpful. I went in and talked to Brad and told him what I wanted and he made sure I got exactly what I was looking for. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Will recommend to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.

These guys are an incredible group of people to work with. They worked with me as much as is humanly possible to get me behind the wheel of a car. I couldn't possibly recommend them enough. Scott Lynn is a great guy and very informative about the vehicles on the lot. He won't try to feed you any crap and gives you the info you need straight. Definitely go here if you're in need of a new ride.

As a first time auto buyer this place provided me a excellent experience. Mindy our sales woman met us at the door. She is also well versed in satisfying the needs of the customer and finding you a car you will like. She was able to show us several cars in our price range, and maybe a few that weren't. The front lot is full of great vehicles, while the back lot is full of great deals. Tony the guy who runs your information is funny and witty, and brings ease to a potentially stressful situation. As many have stated before me, Keith the financier, is sent from above. We put the hoop high, set it on fire, and he jumped through it to satisfy the needs of the customers. Though I was unable to reach a deal, the kindness and understanding showed by this establishment has brought me happiness. I highly recommend anyone to go here first.

Trey was a great salesman but unfortunately we couldn't get a deal done. There were multiple problems such as not being able to get an apprasial done on our trade in, credit union used for financing had their computers down, and not wanting to negotiate at all on the list price of the vehicle. Also the car on the website inventory was different than the car that was available. What should have been a thirty minute visit to determine we couldn't reach a deal turned into two hours of waiting for answers that never came. Trey did a great job getting us into the dealership but unfortunately no one there could answer the questions that needed to be answered to complete the deal. We were able to work with Brian at Tuscaloosa Ford to trade our existing car and purchase a newer one.
