Needless to say, I have been trying to talk to the General Manager, Michael Matthews for over a month and he hasn't called me back yet. To add insult to injury, I tried to reach out to my salesperson and he informed me that he had quit working there because the owners and management are extremely UNPROFESSIONAL!!! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!
I recently purchased a vehicle from BMW of Tuscaloosa and it was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. The people were friendly from Michael the GM to Brad the finance guy and My sales rep Jason and Matt, what a great group. This by far and away a much better experience than I had in Hoover where I live. I will be telling everyone I know about this dealership.Thanks again Guys you made my 45 mile trip very worth while.
If I could give 0 star, I WOULD. Please DO NOT do business with this dealership! Especially if you are MILITARY. I leased a BMW 5 Series from them in 2014 and everything was great because that transaction was done at their office. However, as I approached the end of my lease in 2017, they started sending me information about their pull-ahead program where they would forgive up to my last 3 payments but the kicker is you have to go back in to a similar vehicle. So my husband and I decided to lease from them again but we are stationed in MD and the transaction took place remotely where they sent me all my papers to sign. Well, I have been going back and forth with this dealership since September so that they can finalize my last 2 payment on the 2014 and close out that account. I was told by the Finance guy, Brad to give it some time as it need to process through the systems and it would reflect that they made those last 2 payment. Here it is December and I finally spoke to Brad again and he said he doesn't have record of me leasing a vehicle from them!!!! Where the hell did I get this BMW then????
Enjoyed the spacious and very accommodating waiting area with just about any coffee you'd care to try. Snacks were plentiful so the wait wasn't bad at all. The service department did an excellent job on the repair work and even cleaned my car to boot. Thanks BMW of Tuscaloosa for a unique experience in the auto industry .
I have a used 2008 Mini Cooper which was not "feeling" right. I took it in thinking I would have to make a future appointment, but as luck and good service would have it, I was seen right away! An hour later I had my answer, which was minor. While I waited I enjoyed good conversation with other customers while drinking good coffee in the amazingly clean and modern waiting room.
