10/10/17-came in cause my battery light had come on. Issue was with the key battery. The parts person (James I think) was very nice & helpful. Also was able to get the recall issue fixed.

I visited Townsend Nissan last week for the first time. I will be a repeat customer. The facility and staff looked professional and were very informative. The technician spoke with me directly which I greatly appreciated. The service manager (Jerry) was introducing himself to customers to ensure they were being taken care of...I love this approach! The facility was nice and clean, and I was able to write reports will sitting in the supplied customer wifi area (yay...no down time). I strongly recommended this dealership for your vehicle service!

I went in for battery replacement and alternator testing. I was able to receive same day service without an appointment. The wait was longer than expected but not unbearable. The service explination was thorough and clear. They were also very helpful with service quotes and costs! I've been here for service before and will recommend them and return myself!

Tracie Guisto was great. She took time to work with us and to let us test drive any of the vehicles we wanted to, before we made our decision. She also responded to our emails and text messages promptly. I loved the fact that You guys were willing to offer us a service/maintenance deal for 3 years. that's huge. And Tracie introduced my wife to everyone(including service staff) and explained the procedures for getting the oil changed. This alone was huge because my wife normally does not like dealing with automotive shops. However this experience made her feel comfortable enough to bring the Rogue in herself for scheduled oil changes. Tracie also scheduled us in the week after purchase for a detail job, since we were unable to receive it before we left. I appreciate all the work Tracie and your staff did for us. We worked with a couple other guys that I appreciate as well. Thank you.

This place suck at both locations. I literally tried to give away my money to them and they don't have to technicians to try and fix anything. The only thing they can offer is I'm sorry. Absolutely the worst service ever. At the lower location the representative don't even get out of her chair to talk to you while you're at the window. She does hand motions. Barry is the only person that seems to genuinely care and he looks overworked.
