From Atlanta and got sick while visiting family. I was left in the emergency room for 12 hours. I stayed there for a week in horrible pain and the kept giving me Tylenol. The worst staff I ever seen. A nurse even warned me that the hospital was horrible. They claimed they couldn't find a vain to draw blood. One nurse stuck a needIe in the palm of my hand. The stuck me so many times that my arms were black and blue. I complained but a supervisor was never called. I was about to call an ambulance to take me to another hospital when they finally released me. When I returned home to Atlanta my doctor immediately sent me to the hospital and I had emergency surgery the next day. I could have died. My doctor requested my medical records and it took a long time for them to send them. They misdiagnosed me. I'm suprise they are still in business. Never take your loved ones to this hospital.
All I'm going to say is good luck dealing with those 2 in admission. Don't even bother trying to call. If you can get passed that part everyone else is sweet and lovely.
Just don't waste your time. You won't get what you need and will end up going elsewhere.
Absolutly impossible to get in touch with! How are you supposto be able to see your doctor if you cant even get through to make an apt?! Switching doctors office ASAP!
UMC IS THE WORST!! I literally have been trying to get my 19 month old in for his 15 month shots for over 4 months!! They never have an appointment and you always have to call back the next day! They never answer the phone, and if they do they never can help or know the answers about anything! I'm literally on hold right now, and its going on 20 min.
