Great People who deliver Beautiful work! I have ordered multiple arrangements over the past few months (happy times, sad times, etc) and they have done beautiful work every time. The receptionist is so sweet and the designers are very talented. They will continue to be my "go to" in Tuscaloosa.
I ordered flowers for my sweetheart for Valentine's Day and they looked nothing like the picture. Splayed all over and less flowers then the picture. A waste of $150. I'd have been better off hand dipping strawberries and paying for them to be delivered.
I have been very satisfied with my flower arrangement and I always recommend you to other people. They are on a timely basis. Thanks for all the help when I came in. Staff are friendly when they help you.
I ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday. It was the Teleflora Golden Autumn Bouquet. When I called to find out why the flowers looked nothing like the Teleflora picture I got the excuse that they didn't have one of the flowers, so they used something else. Pink caranations in a fall arrangement? (but was the person didn't know was I had called back when talking to my daughter at lunch, asking if she had gotten anything) was told then the delay was they had to order the fowers for it. When I told the woman that she said they were unloading a truck. SO the solution this person had was did I want the flowers picked back up? I said if you can do the ones I ordered. Of course they couldn't cause they didn't have flowers. So did I want picked up? I said my daughter has no idea what it's suppose to look like but I DO. I live in NC. I looked at the available florists in area and kept coming back to this one. By the picture no way these are even close.
I bought Birthday flowers for my Daughter on 05/18/2016 and they looked nothing like what I ordered. I was very disappointed in the flowers and vase that was delivered to her. I will never put my trust in this company again to handle any special deliveries. Anyting I have delivered to her is special because I live three states away! For some reason I'm unable to post pictures showing what I ordered and what was delivered.
