I provided information for delivery to my daughter's apartment. They acted as if flowers would be delivered to her door. Instead, I was charged a fee for delivery and they dropped the flowers off at apartment office. So, the element of surprise was completely destroyed. She had to walk a long way to get them, and carry them back to her apartment. She did most of the delivery work. Why not tell me your delivery person will probably just drop them off at the office? The details are important, especially when you are trying to do something special for someone you love.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING. Ordered a very expensive snack basket with fresh fruit for the staff of a business for a job well done. Ordered before noon one day to be delivered the next day. They did not deliver the basket until 3:30 in the afternoon on Friday. What shape do you think the fruit will be by Monday? I will never use Pat's again.
