AWESOME SERVICE!! Amy's delivered a beautiful flower arrangement to a sweet friend of mine. Not only was it beautiful, but the lady I spoke with was so helpful. Thank you again! I will defiantly be using you again.

Extremely disappointed in Amy's. I just sent my mother a birthday bouquet via Teleflora and paid extra for the Premium bouquet which featured a larger arrangement with more flowers (6 large roses and 6 smaller roses). My mother just texted a picture of the flowers to say thank you and there are 2 roses and a bunch of filler flowers. I'm in Kansas City, but believe if I were at home, I would be making my way to have a serious talk with Amy or whoever stole my money. I could've gotten more money's worth out of a Publix bouquet. I'm seriously angry. This was NOT a $95 arrangement.

thank you to the staff @ Amy's.. We live out of town, I called late morning and placed the order for our daughters birthday. I got a text and picture from daughter at 1:20 of the flowers, she was so excited, in her words "BEAUTIFUL" ...Amy's helped make a daughter and teachers day... THANK YOU!!!!

Really rude people! Terrible customer service. Called to get more information on their flower arrangements, unfortunately their website is limited on options so I went on their Facebook page and was able to find a lot more options for what I was looking for. I had to literally described them the flowers I was looking at, and told them it would be easier for them to jump on their page with me .... nop! They started getting all mad and raised their voice over the phone because THEY DIDN'T KNOW how to even use Facebook. The woman that was on the phone with me even started talking over me. WILL NEVER buy anything from here and WILL NEVER recommend this place.

Terrible Customer Service. In attempt to getting my girlfriend some Halloween themed flowers, Amy's Florist dropped the ball. I placed an order for one item and 5 minutes later they called and said they did not have the item or vase in stock YET I was still charged. After emailing and calling back, I was fully refunded. I decided to try my luck again and place another order but for a different item. Same thing, received a call saying it was not in stock. The people calling me were horribly unhelpful and rude and made it seem like I was to blame. Why have something on your website if it not in stock? I also find it suspicious Amy's Florist and Pat's Florist have the same exact webpage layouts besides color scheme. Trying my luck at a third floral shop and see if I finally can get something...
