Terrible experience with receptionist and scheduling Dr Broughton seems to be ok he performed a prostate surgery on me and everything went well.

The Dr. Scheduled me at the hospital to remove my cathider at 8am I told him that I had a oral surgery scheduled for 7 am and he told me that I just needed to come on right after my oral surgery. I was given paper work from the hospital stating my appointment was at 9 am I received a text from the office saying my appointment was for 10:10 am the evening before. I arrived for my appointment as my Dr told me right after my oral surgery at 8:45am shortly thereafter I overheard one of the women in the office tell another do not call them back yet they are not scheduled now and are early for their appointment. So I sit there in the waiting room until they called my name which was 10:10am. People like this doesn't need this type of job at a minimum if that was the way they felt they should have told me to come back in a hour and a half from now instead of sitting in the lobby like that. Last time I checked the patient is the customer and they should remember do unto others as you would have them do unto you.
Everyone there is great! Nurses are excellent and John Chambers is awesome! They care about you and make sure that you are taken care of every step of the way.
