I came and there was only one other person in the waiting room. It was 45 minutes before I got called back. The nurse took all my vitals and put me in a room. It was then another hour and a half before I saw the doctor. I went out and asked and I could not find anyone. Extremely understaffed and I would hope they would let patients know if they’re going to have to wait over two hours to see a doctor.
They were absolutely wonderful. Was greeted by a smiling person at the window. When you're sick, that means a lot. They were cordial and very professional. The doctor really listened. I was seen by Dr. Smith I believe. He sat down, didn't rush me, let me explain my condition thoroughly then made his recommendations. He did a thorough check including blood work and X-ray. He provided the results right away. The other workers including lab technician etc were the sweetest girls I've met in this profession. They were cordial and professional. It is such a long time since I have encountered such wonderful service. Please do not change. Word of your service will spread and I think you will not even have room to hold people. This type of service is lacking in this field. This place is a gem.
The wait can be long especially if you don't go first thing in the morning. The staff is so kind and helpful. I've had to take my toddler twice and they were great with him.
Overall great experience yesterday. Everyone was pleasant and knowledgeable. Doctor was very thorough. I was treated very well. As an RN myself though, I was a bit alarmed that the nurses do not know correct placement for giving injections. I had to tell each one where the correct placement was and still one shot was given over my sciatic nerve. It was very painful but can also be damaging to the nerve itself. There are 2 ways to determine where the correct placement of shots are to be given. My brother also a RN of 23 yrs was taught a different way but also very effective. I suggest teaching the nurses this asap to prevent permanently damaging nerves. I will definitely go back. Thanks for all the help!
Everyone, from the front desk to the doctor and nurses, were all very nice and compassionate. I needed IV fluids to treat severe dehydration. The managing nurse stayed an hour past closing on a Saturday night to make sure I got the full bag. It was by far the best experience I have ever had with a family health care clinic. The nurses and staff went above and beyond to help me get to feeling better. I highly recommend this family care clinic.
