My experience was very good. First of all I was able to do paperwork on computer and just take in at my appointment. More offices need to pick up on this because very good. Everyone that works there are friendly just as doctor. Would recommend to anyone.

I’m in disbelief that I have two insurance cards (both valid) a primary (Blue cross blue shield of Alabama) and secondary (Aetna) both covered at this place. I was told after waiting an hour that they (Alabama Ear, Nose and Throat) can’t see me until this is resolved. Not sure what needs to be resolve but I lost a days pay coming to see this doctor. I even said I would pay cash and was turned away. This is a crock of S**T and I am totally going to get my money, I lost for taking a day off work. Figured we get billed if we miss an appointment and only fair the doctor gets billed for my time. Totally disappointed by the professionalism of the front desk. It’s a shame I hear good things only to be proven wrong!
