We drove all the way across town to be highly disappointed. All we wanted was a cinnamon roll.
1) We pull up to the drive-thru and were greeted “Are you paying with cash or card.” Card was our payment method. Then the associate told us that the cards machine were down. First bummer.
Great food, excellent service, and speedy food delivery time made this a terrific experience.
We went at 2 today an all the lights were off an hard to see the menu board. I wish they had better choice of pizza. Not enough variety of meats for sandwiches most all are turkey. My son loves this but it is just ok for me
2) Determined to not make this trip in vain, we went to the bank one mile up the road to get cash to be told the one thing we wanted had just sold out. Not to mention this took less than 5 minutes and the second time I guess the card machine was working because we were not asked our method of payment.
Excellent sandwiches!! Fast service!! Love the chips!! Wish we had one in Baton Rouge.
The feeling was very unprofessional because there was excuse after excuse. What a waste.
I been coming here for a while and the service was good and this time around, I didn't get what I asked for. The portions gotten smaller when I asked for the regular one and instead i got an extra small sandwich that was ment for a child. I also asked for a bowl of soup and it was less then a cup of French onion soup. This Tuscaloosa location has gotten lousy, the staff ignores and doesn't pay attention to what you where I won't show up here again. Others are welcomed to continue to show up here. I won't show up and I'm disappointed for the service I gotten
3) Called to express my frustration to the person in charge but no one would answer.
