I love love love these doughnuts. Staff is always friendly. Doughnuts are always fresh and delicious!
We were originally going to eat breakfast elsewhere, but decided to go to Krispy Kreme due to long waits at other places. The doughnuts, themselves, were okay (although see the end for more information about that). But, I was highly disappointed from a customer service perspective. We discovered that other customers were getting free coffees, but my wife and I were charged for both of ours. Our receipt clearly showed a promotion for a free "any size coffee." But, we were charged for ours. When I asked why, after some hemming and hawing, the employee stated it was because it was for small coffees only at this franchise. But, their own receipt stated the promotion was for any size. (Only the iced coffees we're limited to small.") And, as I thought about it, they could have mentioned that small coffees were free. There had been someone I thought was a manager around earlier. But, that person disappeared when I started asking about this. The doughnuts, themselves: They were okay. The glazed were coming off the conveyor belt, so I thought they would taste fresh. But, they were more like buying them prepackaged at a grocery store.

Love this place. They made a mistake on my order one time. I got home to Minnesota and noticed the order error. Gave them a quick ring and they fixed it immediately. Next time down they looked me up in the book and gave me my replacement.
Had to wait 5+ mins trapped in the drive through for donuts... absolutely ridiculous. Then the cashier (Maria) has the nerve to say 5 mins isn’t bad.
