I've literally had my third terrible experience in a row with them now. Never try to call because they will never answer he phone. My call was hung up 6 times yesterday. Also, don't expect them to have everything they have online because they have been out of at least one of the ingredients in things I've wanted the past three times as well.
Also, why wouldn't they call or contact us to let us know when you have our information on the order. We were very disappointed and hope another (better) cafe opens up and gives them a run for their money.
What happened to the service with them bringing the food to the table? Now they have pagers and a whole lot of crazy going on where the food comes out.
Poor service, we ordered rapid pick up and got there only to find out our order wasn't ready. Apparently they ran out of avocado! At 7 in the morning? That's poor planning.
I used to live In Cali as well and think this location is so much different than Cali location. Definitely missing the customer service part. ☹ I miss panera bread!
It is very rare I give a bad review. However, the last FIVE TIMES we have ordered Panera as carry out the order has been wrong. That doesn't count the other times the order has been wrong. You expect to get home and have the right food, but then you get and it's not right. This is the LAST time we will ever eat at Panera. We tried giving them a chance on numerous occasions. I wish we could get the money back we have spent on gas. Shame on you Panera for treating your loyal customers this way.
The employees at this Panera location are always friendly and always have smiling faces which brightens my day. They're happy to help and online orders are fulfilled promptly.
