If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I’m a college student so I’m only familiar with vets in my hometown. I got a rec to put my baby in boarding here since his vet doesn’t offer it, plus it’s cheap and with the holidays at hand budgeting was necessary. $12 sounded kind of fishy to me but my boyfriend & I went with it. He dropped him off while I took finals so I didn’t get to see the place. We both picked him up after 7 days. When I got there it looked filthy & smelled horrible. My dog came out looking terrified and he smelled and looked disgusting. His eyes were almost blood shot, his hair around his face thinned, he had lost about 6 pounds at LEAST & it took him DAYS to get back to his normal self. He was 47 lbs, we made a vet visit the day before boarding and now we can see his ribs! He did not want to put any pressure on his left back leg as if it had been hurt. First of all, what kind of facility won’t bathe a dog who has been in their care for over 5 days?! I’m almost 100% sure he barely ate while there & they did not report it to us. I don’t know what happened at this place but the lady told us NOTHING. I know when something is wrong with my dog & he will never step foot in that place again.
