Very caring staff that answered any questions I had about my kitten. Everyone on staff did everything possible to ensure the best care for her. Plus, as a new cat owner, they showed me how to administer the medication she needed easily and effectively. They have answered countless phone call questions and have been nothing but friendly and informative. The staff seems genuinely invested in the health and healing of my animal. I have not been impressed with a vet for years, until I found 69 South Veterinary Clinic!
Dr. Wagenheim is the best! He is so kind and very knowledgeable on anything I ask him.
We have been using 69 South Veterinary Clinic for our pets care for years! They also board our dogs when we go out of town. They are always so nice and give our pets the best care possible. I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else! I think my pets would be upset as well considering when we take them they want to go straight to the back and NOT go home. Ha!
Our evacuation from Florida, due to Irma, found us in Tuscaloosa and in desperate need of a veterinarian. Our dog cried for 12 hours straight on our trip up and we knew we could not have that happen again, when we returned to Florida. Not only did 69 South give us an appointment within 90 minutes of our phone call, they were so kind and compassionate that, we were nearly moved to tears. Thorough examination in a pristine facility, attentive and thoughtful conversations and, we left the office with the medication they felt best suited for our dog, in that situation. The Dr. was completely correct in his prognosis because the trip home was anxiety free for all of us! I simply cannot say enough good things about 69 South!
They are terrific with all pets! I was late for an appointment because I couldn't catch my cat. They had no problem. Just bring her when you catch her. I got there and was greeted with a smile and they were wonderful with Onyx.
