We had an awesome experience with our first visit with our new puppy. The staff was super nice and answered all our questions and provided us with literature on puppy training. The office was clean and had a laid back atmosphere. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a great place for your pet.
I am a new customer and have brought both of our family doggies to Animal Medical Center with no appointment. The staff was friendly and worked me right in both times, and the doctors were very thorough and addressed all my concerns. I would recommend to my family and friends.
Staff is extra friendly. Great with animals. Took my dog for daycare and play. They only took him out to play 2 times the entire day. For about 20mins. I was very upset about that. I did not pay for him to sit in a cage all day. He can do that at home.
We started bringing our pet to this clinic when we moved here from Texas and Dr. Bronold is the best vet! He explains everything very thoroughly and has taken excellent care of our dog. I like that the clinic staff will call and ask about your pet the following day or two. While priced a little higher than what we were use to in Texas, he has helped treat our dog with some of the skin allergies she suffered and made cost-friendly suggestions on what we could do at home. I’ve recommended this clinic to all my friends who were in need of Vet/Clinic that cares about their animal baby!
I am not happy right now! My dog had horrible injuries to his legs. Managed to get the bleeding controlled but had to drive from Pickens Co to here. I was holding the dog so my 10 year old grandson went in to ask for help. He told them his dog's leg was hanging off and the receptionist told him they couodnt see us because they close in 30 minutes. I am very thankful to Dr Thredgill and his kindness to see our beloved pet.
