They also charged me for blinds (that were messed up when I moved in and I barely touched but I didn't take pictures so my word against theres), stove pans (???), and painting.
So attentive and nice! Charge reasonable rates for nice properties. Highly recommend.
The absolute most unresponsive rental company I have ever dealt with. Do not expect any service or follow up on request for repairs. Once they have you signature and money, they could care less.
When it comes to them as a company... you get what you pay for.
Just an FYI/Beware... they automatically take off $110 for "cleaning" fees like carpet when you get your deposit back. My carpet was so fiflthy when I first moved in, I couldn't walk around barefeet because my soles would get dirty. So I really doubt they clean anything.
Been with them for 3 years. Any issues I have ever had have been taken care of promptly.
