Delview Properties helped me to find an apartment which is exceptionally good. I am really happy with my apartment. It is well maintained and very clean. The apartment is itself in good condition. All in all I am really happy with my decision.
We were looking for a decent place to live in. While spending almost all my time in searching the best apartment for us, someone told me about Delview Properties. I am really impressed with the kind of services I am getting from Delview. They really made my job easier as the apartment is really in good state.
Moved into the apartment and requested maintenance was not completed (damaged sink, spots on walls, fans not cleaned). Sprinkler systems were not properly installed and sprayed water on several vehicles for months and was never addressed appropriately. Delview denied any responsibility for damages despite having clear proof that the sprinkler system was not functioning properly. Hard water stains were not removed seeing that Delview refused to cover damages. Vehicle was sold with visible paint damages. Delview will not take complaints filed about their properties seriously and in turn denied my lease renewal although I planned to relocate regardless. As a police officer, I assisted in maintaining the safety of the property and addressed several property issues (domestic disputes, marijuana smoking on exterior, and un-welcomed guests) and Delview showed no respect for my concerns. Poor public relations skills from property management but excellent care from lower level staff.
Response to Owner: Delview Properties was notified TWICE in person of maintenance issues and staff (who no longer works for the company) advised that my move-in date was too soon to get someone out to take care of the maintenance issues prior to move-in. Delview Properties did not to resolve the issue with the Sprinkler system and denied renewal because of a filed complaint. (6.15.17)
I highly recommend contacting Delview Properties if you are looking for apartments. I found mine through them and can vouch for their professional services and committed agents. I visited quite a few listings before I found the right one, but the agent stuck with me till the end. I really appreciate the services.
