Absolute garbage company. Never fixes any issues and have called multiple times to fix them. I will never deal with them again.
Never used this realty company, but they just had 16 cars towed from a house that charged 40$ for parking for the football game, Alabama vs Tennessee. My daughter had to pay 165.00 to get her car back. They were not the ones at fault here, the renters deceived the people who parked. They should have fined the girls who parked everyone not the people who parked there. There were several people that came from out of town and this is how you treated them. If you have a problem with your renters then take it up with your renters not innocent people who came to watch the game.

International students can rent at Sherrill before reaching USA. There are vacancy always. Those are the only practical reasons for them to choose Sherrill. There are other apartments at lower rents, but can be rented only on arrival, not always available; you have to keep an eye. At Sherrill, you will always find sandy dust, nails and screws; your car tyre will leak. Sherrill will not change its old AC units, they make aweful sound.

I've lived in 2 different places from them and they both have this in common: great location, great price, and the places themselves were decent. a little old and dingy but could be much worse. but the service is not the best..if you need any maintenance done to your place, don't expect them to be there within the month.
