I am impressed with the staff & my new apartment living! I've had No real issues! I've had maintenance come to help with small things when I first moved in & they were very helpful & quick! The ladies in the office are always nice & comforting! It's my first apartment so I had lots of questions! I've met a few neighbors & I feel safe. Overall I am so glad my friends referred me to Northbrook so I definitely recommend it too! 5 Stars!
Ever since I have moved in I have had maintenance out here at least 10 times. I have only been here a month. Their late, I had one guy out here 4 different times for the same issue. I don't if I'll be renewing. And I still have not received my screen door. My toilet paper holder keeps coming off. Upgrading these apartments would not be a bad idea for the money we pay. I was rented a lemon. I am not happy.
I have contacted the Legal Department of Disabled American Veterans about the horrendous and blatant violation of my privacy I feel Mountain View Apts Seally Management executed while I was under general anesthesia sedation. I woke up the next day with no memory but evidence that they had let At&T men or maintenance in. Seally management talk to you like they own you and this is a Seally plantation, they said they do what they want with their property and I am in their property. Release my lease if that is the case because Seally don't own me!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh ! and getting the people who work for you to put up 5 stars show just how ethical you guys are! SAD!
i went to the main office for leasing and the front dask lady pissed me off. She talks like she owns me. they are so rude. (Atmosphere is like WE OWN ALL TUSCALOOSA, WE CARE LESS ABOUT SMALL PEOPLE ANYWAYS THEY HAVE NO CHOICE BUT STAYING WITH US)
While I have no major complaints about my stay @ Stone Creek Apartments, I do have a major issue with how long it is taking to get my security deposit back! I moved out on July 31st and here it is September 13th and I still have not received it! I feel that I am getting the 'run around' when it comes to the reason why!
