After many attempts, my Husband finally spoke with Ms Hubka. T o his dismay ,as well as mine, Ms Hubka insinuated that we could not afford to purchase a 54,000 dollar house. "You must get"something"from the bank showing funds are available" Ms Hukba said to my Husband , the man that she has NEVER met. Did Ms Hubka even consider that a bank does not need to be involved? I will not use Benchmark Realty for any of my realestate purchases!!!
