This was my first time coming here, the service I got was awesome, the cashier was really friendly and helpful with recommendations. I got the mediterranian chicken pita and was REALLY disappointed in the chicken, the seasoning was great but the quality of the chicken had to be near dog food grade, the texture was so chewy and slimy. It was disgusting so I just took it out. The rest was fine, not enough vegetable toppings for my taste but it was a decent selection. Restaurant area was very clean but the women's restroom was kinda gross. Probably won't be coming back but if I do I will not be getting any meat from here.
This place is awesome. Food is very good. Busy after a game, but worth the 25 min wait.
More than once, I have ordered delivery only to have it take two hours or more. Most recently, I placed an order at 2:30 am (i.e., light traffic, no congestion) and it didn’t arrive until after 5:00 am. Pita Pit staff and managers told me at 3:30 that the driver had left, but when I called at 4:45 am asking them to cancel and refund my order, they told me the driver had left *just then* – and told me to be patient because of how hard it is to make deliveries. When it arrived at about 5:10 am, the food was entirely cold.
The chicken wasn't good, mushy, although seasoned well. It was also pricey for what is, just fast food. Service was fast, though not super friendly, which I won't hold against them on this busy day.
The food is alright, but the service is terrible.
