I ordered a pizza last night. Very simple order, large "the meats" pizza through the online process same as I've always done. After about an hour and a half I never received my pizza, a phone call or a knock on my door for delivery, I decided to call and check and make sure everything was okay or find out where my pizza was located. After being placed on hold twice for approximately 3 minutes each, an older man got on the phone and told me that someone called me and BEAT on my door but didn't get an answer from me either time. I tried to explain to him that that was false but he cut me off mid-sentence and loudly said "well I can get them to remake it and send it back out but it'll be thirty minutes!" So I said "okay will I be charged full price?", he replied with "I mean of course you will!" So as I'm stating to him that that's not fair having to wait for (at this point) 2hrs for a pizza, he says (while I'm still talking) "oh well" and hangs up the phone... After this I went up to the store because for one he needed to apologize but also a manager needed to get his attitude in line! When I arrived at the store, he tried to avoid talking to me as he left two young adults inside to do all of the work while he took a cigarette break. I asked what his first and last name was and he said "I'm not telling you." I then asked what his managers name was and he replied with "Crystal but I'm not telling you her last name. You can call her when she comes in at 9 tomorrow." I will be contacting corporate concerning these manners because he obviously doesn't need to work with the public with an attitude like that! I don't want ANYTHING for free or coupons, I only want for this to not happen to anyone else.. The plain outright disrespect that he showed me was disgusting and unprofessional and I'm pretty sure that General management wouldn't want that to be a direct reflection of papa johns! I will no longer do business with the people at 2001 Skyland Blvd Tuscaloosa, Al 35405 EVER AGAIN, if I even decide to be a customer for papa johns again.
When you think papa johns I'm sure you think garlic sauce, I do. I ordered extra garlic sauce and was charged. My kids excited and yes loves the sauce and in the box none. Not even 1 that should be there. I call and was told my pizza doesn't come with sauce but they charged me anyway? Sorry but that's crap ! Papa Johns YOU SUCK !
It would be 0 stars if that was an option! They can't seem to get my order correct on several occasions and will not make it right. This has happened over the past month on my delivery orders. I contacted the store and was told someone would be back out on every occasion but never showed up. I contacted the manager and asked for my money back and was hung up on! I'm not sure what kind of Mickey mouse business they have here in Tuscaloosa but I'll never waist my money again on them. THANKS PAPA JOHN! Job very well done!

This Papa Johns had really fallen off in recent years but they have completely made a comeback and then some. I am really impressed with every aspect of this location!
