Ordered over the phone for a cheesy bread at 2 pm. After 1 hour I called the store to find out that my order hadn't even been put into the system. It is now 4 pm. 2 calls later and I still have no food.... I am now editing my earlier post. I called 3 times to confirm my phone number and address so I could finally get my pizza. They took the wrong number number down THREE SEPERATE TIMES. Apparently the driver actually made it here but called the wrong number they wrote down and then just decided to turn around? The manager Jason let me know on each call that I would be getting my food except on the last call when he hung up the phone on me. This is the most poor service at any establishment I have ever ordered from in my entire life.
This place is run by Neanderthals. Ordered two pizzas and they got one of them wrong. So we told the delivery driver and she said she'd be back with the right order. Waited an hour and the pizza never came so I drove to the store and told them that they messed up my order. They didn't believe me and made me speak to a manager and had to wait another 20 minutes to get my pizza.
Ordered a pizza and it never arrived. The pizza was ordered around 8:15 PM and it never got delivered. I am now writing this review at six minutes until 12 AM. I do not know what the issue was tonight. My boyfriend attempted to call the location after waiting nearly two hours for delivery to arrive. He was put on hold and decided to hang up after no one came to the phone. He decided to drive to the physical location to see what the deal was and was told the delivery driver had our pizza and was on his way. He was basically told to just keep waiting, it'll show up eventually. Well. It never did. Lousy service!!!!!!!
Ordered a pizza and didn’t even receive it !! I called them to ask what was going on and they say they didn’t see an order for me. I do not recommend this dominos, I was a good customer I will take my BYU’s ness elsewhere
