The wooden floor panels are literally just sitting on top of the floor (my two year old tripped bc one flipped over) the a.c. cover was also laying in the floor when we walked in. The hotel overall is poorly staffed and needs cleaning +customer service training. Not (REALLY not) impressed. What's another $15 a day when your accommodations would be 10X the quality?
Perfectly acceptable stay. Staff was kind and polite, the room was clean and we'll stocked.
It's basic. No frills. Wireless doesn't work. Friendly staff, but you get what you pay for.
I have to stay here fequently for my job. Most 95% of the rooms are nice. Always clean, and the staff is very friendly. Rates are usually reasonable. Close to a Burger King, gas station and a Waffle House. Your average breakfast bar, all rooms are non-smoking, but the smoking area is enclosed out of the weather with a TV inside. Single bed rooms come with a walk in shower while double bed rooms have a bathtub.
Escaping from hurricane Irma to Alabama, we felt safe, but the hotel lacks. The maintenance man and the food preparers were wonderful; but the front desk lacks. The billing got so screwed up...first they said the room was charged to my sister’s account, and when I received my bill, that was not the case. There was rarely anyone at the reception area, and although the housekeepers were very accommodating, we were not happy with this establishment. The bathrooms need caulking around the tubs which look moldy. This was in 3 of our rooms. Only good as they accept pets. Breakfast was the only food available here. No real restaurant.
