Good service for a delivery of mattress purchased in Huntsville store. The original delivery date was not met, but when we called, Devin in the warehouse helped us track down what happened and made sure it got delivered quickly. He gave us direct phone # to follow through with us. The mattress is great and we appreciated Devin's help long distance.
I bought a box spring for a Queen size bed frame. Absolutely nothing wrong with the box spring but I had to pay $61.00 for local delivery. (about 12 miles from the store) I don't own a truck. If I hadn't needed the box spring badly I would've left the store.
Bought my bed from here last year and couldn't be happier. Our salesman Ken was very thorough and friendly. Didn't rush us, explained everything they had to offer didn't try to upsell us. The bed we ended up with was amazing and the price couldn't be beat.
