Staff is professional and courteous from the front desk to house keeping.
The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was large and had good amenities - very nice kitchenette area and roomy living room area. Plus, there was plenty if work space if you happen to be traveling on business. The room was very clean.

Absolute worst internet ever encountered in a hotel. Have to log back in 3 times a night. I guess the night crew gets bored and decides to have fun turning on and off the router. Service is ok....only if there isn't a football game going on. And if that is the case, out the door you go unless you want to pay their boosted rate of $400 a night. Folks it is best to find another hotel.
Very clean, the staff was very professional and the rooms were beautiful. Very reasonable. If I have to come back to Tuscaloosa for any reason and I have to find a hotel I will definitely be back to this one.
