Then we met Tia, Gram & Robert. Tia & Gram made our awesome breakfast, REAL eggs, biscuits, cereal, sausage. They both work fast and say good morning and the kitchen was very clean at all times.
We drove to Tuscaloosa from central FL as we evacuated for Hurricane Irma.
The only nice thing we're the 2 ladies that checked us in. They were not dressed professionally to represent their positions but they were nice.
Do not stay here. EVER.

The staff is amazing!! Ana & Keira at the front desk were friendly and professional. They were a joy after all the driving we had done looking for a hotel. Then we had the pleasure to meet one of our room housekeepers, LeChel, she was very nice.
For the price, you really can't complain. The rooms were clean but they need to lay off the cleaning spray. It was so strong that our clothes soaked up the smell for the whole next day.
We are Choice Reward members & i will make sure to contact Choice and tell them that this hotel staff is amazing!
The pics on the Internet of this location are either 15 yrs old or a different hotel. It was a disaster. The dirtiest nastiest hotel we ever stayed in. The pool &patio are not usable. The bathroom was unclean...the carpet was dirty, filled with debris & hair. Regular rates $46 night. On Alabama home game days it jumps to $199. Had Tuscaloosa not been booked solid we would have never stayed.
The Rodeway Inn was under renovation when we stayed. Our room had not been renovated yet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will be staying again in the near future. Good value.
We stayed here for 5 days & we couldn't be happier! Thank you for your wonderful hospitality.
We even were able to see what seemed to be a live filming of COPS around midnight.
This hotel is currently under renovations. Our room is new & modern & we were very happy with our room.
