I would give 0 stars
Zach was so much better then the first check in clerk who was rude. Zach helped me with everything the other guy said he couldn't. Zach took the time too look for extra pillows towels and blankets. He was also knowledgeable in the reward program so we were able to get our points as well.
Thanks again Zach! You made my night!!
We stayed at this hotel for a baseball tournament and it was terrible. The hotel was in shambles and the pool was terrible. Multiple families had to change rooms (one twice) because of smells, lack of air conditioning and mold.
The gentleman who checked us is was great. We got to our room freshened up and went to ballgame. We didn't get back until around 12:00. We had a king suite with a pullout couch. No sheets or blankets in the room, the went to the front desk. The guy actually took them to the supply closet to show them there were no blankets and the only pillows had blood stains on them! They managed to get sheets. My son and I were at Walmart they phoned us to pick up pillows for them, so we purchased pillows, for a room that cost $453.00!!! We would have left but we were exhausted. The king bed appeared to have been purchased at the Salvation Army! Got up the next morning to leave, needing coffee, well the coffee sucked!! Needless to say we will never stay there again!!
There was a man staying in the hotel that was harassing guests for a ride. The hotel manager, Gina, was not concerned but said she would address. The man was later arrested on outstanding warrants after the police were called because of some missing money. Gina was much more concerned with the man that the guests. She even said she was going to refund his money and put it towards his bail.
I'm happy now. The hotel is older but clean and quaint.
I would not suggest anyone stay at this hotel.
Will post about breakfast tomorrow
Decent stay, standard breakfast hallways smelled a little but humidifiers worked to keep air circulating.
If you use price line opt for the trip cancellation insurance. With price line you only get one bed and they do not have cots. I had to pay extra 32.00 to get a room with two beds and they are horribly hard. Definitely not worth 100. A night that it costed but I couldn't cancel. On top of that had no hot water in the shower and ants in the bathroom. Plus the heater didn't work correctly. Will not stay here again.
The nighttime staff was very accommodating but Gina, the manager, was rude and terrible. If they had more staff like the evening employees it would be better but still not a good place to stay.
