Checked in December 3 ..The worst stay ever.. they were doing some work on the 2nd floor moving and dropping stuff at 1 in the morning.. it started back around 8 in the morning until check out time.. then the phone started ringing around 10:15 maybe about 5 times. Trying to see eas I checking out... yes at 11 that's check out time... I told the guy at the front desk.. i had no slee
The mattress was very soiled and all the linen was very dingy. How do I know this, I come with my own linen and cleaning supplies. Yuck! Just because it is economical doesn't mean it has to be filthy!
Microtel have very friendly front desk staff and also have some nice friendly housekeepers. The rooms are very clean and well maintain. The girl that's in charge of housekeeper I can't remember her name but front desk told me she was in charge. She is very rude, disrespectful and don't care about nobody feelings. But she need to improve her mouth if you going to have leadership experience. You will lose business with disrespectful supervisor.. But over all I enjoyed my stay!
Very nice clean rooms. Very friendly staff. Dog friendly. Yeah.
Excellent facilities with above and beyond service. Emily is the best of the best, she goes above and beyond to make you feel like the most important guest and she does this with everyone. Definitely will stay here again when I'm back in town
