Wonderful experience, as always. The rooms are beautiful and so comfortable, in an elegantly understated way. The staff, from front desk to room service to the custodial staff are always exceptionally friendly and professional. Hotel Capstone is always my first choice when staying in Tuscaloosa.
It is a nice Hotel. Super friendly staff and service. It was well taken cared of. Will definitely stay here again. It has a great restaurant with good food at a good price.
An older hotel on the campus of University of Alabama. The property is well kept, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Very convenient if visiting the university. Nearby the stadium and next door to the Bear Bryant museum. They have an outdoor pool, meeting spaces, and studio suites available. The Legends restaurant is in the hotel.
One of the best hotels in Tuscaloosa. It is very clean. The workers are all very kind and helpful. The bathrooms are on the smaller side but that is expected with most hotels. The free shuttle is a nice added feature that many hotels don't offer.
I'm only giving this a 5 star, because of the service I received. Ty Jones, who checked us in, was incredibly professional, polite, and friendly. You don't often get that during the holidays. The room was nice, but felt a little dated. A few of the towels were worn and had holes in them. The hallways smelled like smoke/marijuana. I know this isn't typical of a hotel of this caliber and I would try it again only because of my interactions with your staff. They are the all-stars.
