Some of the workers there are rude as it gets.... had one lady while I was trying to finish what I had to say over the phone interrupting me several times being nasty about an appt that was made and was missed informed me on and they swear up and down they didn't make a mistake sorry to say we are all humans and we all make mistakes but just own up to it don't give your customers lip and attitude that's not good customer service at all so glad I'm moving and won't have to ever deal with this unorganized institution I suggest you go to Birmingham if you want good service and people that actually care about there patients....
Mr. Turner there is no way I can believe your review, i was there a few years ago and and it was the most awesome-est dental experience I'd ever encountered. The Staff were almost angelic with kindness The Dentist was as gentle as if he was working on a new born baby. I never even felt a needle at stick. I was blown away with the full 9 yards of my experience there and will never use any other Dental Facility
