My son who is 13 has been taking lessons from Kurt for just 6 weeks and I've seen such a big difference in his confidence and his overall attitude. I would recommend this to anyone with children.
I have been training for over a year and a half. Kurt is an excellent instructor who pushes you to be better everyday. All the students are very humble and all around good people. This isn't a gym were you buy a belt, at this gym you won't be promoted until you are really at that belts level. During a typical class you will learn new techniques for about 30-40 minutes, the other 50-40 minutes of the class is live rolling. I highly recommend trying out this gym. The first class is FREE.
