There are always plenty of helpful employees who actually know about the products they sell here. Centrally located, just behind University Mall and next door to Target, makes it easy to spot from the main road (15th St./Veterans Memorial Pkwy.). Great selection here, as well as competitive prices.
After spending hundreds of dollars at home depot on remodeling my bathroom, my refrigerator goes out in my rental property. I call home depot to ask if they had any on clearance and if not I needed to purchase the cheapest black fridge they had as I had someone to come get it then. Well, they made me wait after picking up phone several times and asking where they could direct my call, I kept saying appliances, finally some lady gets on the phone and ask if she can help me, I said what I needed, she said she didn't work in appliances and she will take my number cause she's busy. I said no I'm on my lunch break and I'm sending someone now, she hung up on me. I called back 4 times and the first two they would pick up the phone and hang it back up, the last two they just sat there and I could hear someone breathing. I called back and pressed a different option to talk with a manager. They probably ain't gonna do nothing about it either. They just lost a sale
Every time I come, home Depot does not disappoint... Overall it's a great it's just there third party delivery service is horrible. I definitely would recommend home Depot anyway over Lowe's since Lowes is horrible. Home Depot makes up for there third party service with good customer service and quantity of things that you need
Tonight I went to have a duplicate key made and the employee was SO RUDE. There is no sign on the machine stating that an associate must be called. I proceeded to duplicate my key on my own. It didn’t work since the employee did not reset/lock the machine. She laughed loudly and ridiculed me to another employee for touching the machine and attempting to make my own key. All of this is transpiring as she is referencing me like I am not even standing there. I only gave the extra star because I got what I came for. I will not be back. I have never been so humiliated.
