I love shopping at Lowe's because they have a variety of merchandise you need for your home and lawn care. If you need help in finding a contractor there is always someone there who can recommend someone or tell you what time to arrive at the store if you want to speak with a contractor. The employees are very helpful when you can find one

All tho you can find everything you need at reasonable prices it is hard to find someone to assist you they are to busy talking to each other you have to fend for your self wish employees more friendly and helpfull

We found all the items we were in search of, but the customer service was horrible!!! Our cashier, Chelsea was so unprofessional. She was smacking and popping gum. She never asked if we wanted the protection plan, which we did!!! When I questioned her about it, she said, I didn't ask you because people always tell me No, they don't want it. So, if you do, you need to go down to customer service desk to buy it now!!!! This is why people are buying online and brick & morter stores are going out of business. ie, Kmart, Sears, and whoever else. Please train her better!!!!

I asked 5 employees for help to find an item and only 2 would even attempt to help me. The others just told me to go to the tool world section. The cashier was very friendly. 2 employees also told me they didn't carry parts only the tool its self. I ended up finding the part with the help of a female employee. I wish I would of got her name. She was a super sweet, brunette maybe in her 30s. They do have good deals on many items. Tip to all nontool people: take a friend who knows what to look for or you'll be there all day....

Staff does not listen to customers explain what they need. There were other customers voicing same complaints as we stood disappointed. Customers care does not be a priority. When asked for a manager no response. I am 57 years old and has worked in management most of my adult life and find the action of your staff disgusting. I don't know if this is the sign of the times are an organizational culture. I will continue to purchase item from Lowes as I have no other choice.

Hey, my experience at Lowes has been bad. The staff is not good at all . Need better training. Staff appears not to care at all. My experience with Betty was very poor. She was helping me, when another customer walked up and she left me and didn't return. After locating in another area along she stated that " I'm helping some one else.
