I have rented from this location numerous times and have always been treated GREAT! Super nice staff. Car was ready when I arrived. Clean. Full of fuel. Easy to return. Again.....the staff at this location has been AWESOME!
Very unprofessional and terrible service. When I originally rented the car it was not cleaned at all inside or out.

UNPROFESSIONAL! Currently have been on hold for 10 minutes after being on hold for 5 and had to call and hang up. And that;s not counting the times I've call since dealing with these people since Wednesday trying to get a rental and it's Friday. Getting nothing but the run around. After the 3rd person I've talked to I'm over them. No one seems to know what's going on. Yes it's cheaper than Enterprise but I'd rather pay the extra to get better service. Very unprofessional.

She was so friendly, and helpful and did it all with a smile. She also helped me after the fact when the drop off location had some issues ( unrelated).
Hands down best Hertz I have been to. Christy the young lady who checked me in, had everything prepared before I even walked in!
