Amazing location. As an Enterprise user, I've been at multiple locations across many states. This location is by far, the best I've been at. The staff is incredibly friendly with a great attitude. Despite the busy day, they all have huge smiles and great attitudes. Thanks everyone!!
We did find out there is a much nicer group of people right up the hill who are more than willing to take the business chased off by the rude incompetent folks at Enterprise in Tuscaloosa.

I go pick up the truck the morning of the move and I'm told they need not only a credit card, which I don't have, they also need 2 utility bills in my name!!! 1) i know the difference between a debit and credit card, there's no need to talk to me like a child 2) why has NO ONE mentioned this to me before now and 3)I live 40 minutes away from Tuscaloosa, I'm not driving home to get utility bills and coming back!!! Needless to say, we lost over an hour of lives that we'll never get back and were extremely late leaving that morning.

Always friendly and helpful. I have rarely ever used any other rental car company and was very pleased to find out that my insurance company had reserved my car through Enterprise. The first vehicle that I received was in need of some maintenance and they promptly exchanged it with zero hassle. Plus, they always have the best rates!
What a nightmare!! I was helping my brother move from New Orleans and needed a pickup truck for 1 day. I reserved a pickup truck online over a week in advance. I called Enterprise on skyland 2 days before I was scheduled to pick the truck up and confirmed everything was good to go on their end... "yes sir"
