This place is a health hazard! Ive tried it two times and both times steak was served raw. The second time my boyfriend ordered a chopped steak and it came mushy with blood running out, completely raw meat barely even cooked on the outside. I told the waitress and she was dumb enough to say "thats medium" i had to tell her twice to send it back to be cooked. Someone is going to get sick from consuming raw bloody meat here.

Really love Texas Roadhouse from Birmingham to Tuscaloosa they both have extremely good food. Prefer the road house over Logan's any day. Food looks exactly like the menu. No false advertising.
Food equals one star. Two stars because service was good. I have eaten at many Texas Roadhouse restaurants all across the country. This one in Tuscaloosa is the worst ever. This is an honest review. I have had better steak at a waffle house. No flavor, kind of a weird texture. Not sure what they are doing to ruin the meat. The worse thing of all was the chili. I promise you that stuff had been added to and warmed up for days. It was the nastiest I have ever seen. No joke, I told my son not to eat it because I was afraid it might make him sick. I promise you no one is actually in this establishment managing it and If they are they should change jobs. Merry Christmas. Eat at your own risk.
We love this restaurant! They closed all locations near us in South Florida, so we were really excited to find one while escaping the hurricane. My son loved the peanuts. Delicious steak. Service was a little slow. The parking lot is a little small, but there is a large lot for the supermarket for overflow.
