The small booth I sat at wasn't very clean. Dishes were fine but a menu and some trash were present on the floor. It wasn't too bad.
Was told 20 minute wait then 1 hour later we get a table. Only to wait even longer for a waiter . Wait wait wait seemed to be all we did. Once we got service we could not get refills and the food was cold plus had hair in it. The manager on do actual words "Well wait do you want me to do, heat it up". We waited so long that another waitress brought out donuts for the kids at out table and that is when our waitress finally desided to laugh a some attention. 3 plus hours latter and I'm not gou ng back anytime soon if ever. The whole experience was B.S. if not for the other waitresses and if a manager can't think she doesn't need to be a manager!
Went to the Logans Roadhouse in Tuscaloosa, AL today. Got there at 2:15pm. Immediately was greeted by outside radio being very loud. As we got inside we were promptly seated. The waitress took our drink and appetizer order. She came back and took our food order. It was just myself and my mother. We waited 45 minutes (totally unacceptable) for a baked potato (which was very small), zucchini fries (need more batter or thicker zucchini. They broke everytime I dipped them in the sauce) and a salmon Caesar salad (they need more dressing). We left there at 3:21pm.
Fries were cold as if cooked way before the steak. The steak, salad,and bread were good. My waitress Danielle was extremely busy, but managed to take care of me very well.
I went on a Tuesday afternoon around 6 PM so there was no wait. Overall, not a bad experience. Some of the reviews I read were much worse than my experience. I would give it another chance.
It was ok. My partner was served a old burger cause it was in the window. We did not appreciate that even though we came in an hour before closing. Service still should been up to par. Our waitress Renee waited on us beautifully though, she made the night better!
Had a fantastic experience tonight at Logan's after a long day of moving our son into his dorm room. The waitress was fantastic, really working her butt off and so pleasant. I don't recall her name unfortunately. The manager was also very pleasant, chatted with us and brought our food out. These Buffalo folks are very impressed with your Southern hospitality!
