I went in after having trouble finding the right shoes in other stores. The moment I stepped in the staff asked if I needed help and assisted me on finding the pair that fitted my needs. They were really nice and patient with me. Great customer service. Will shop there again when I need another pair.
I went in about 10 minutes before they closed and told them I would decide quickly on shoes. However, they really took their time to get me the right shoe, observing my gate, checking the fit, asking a lot of good questions. I was so impressed with the level of service especially for the time. They were MILES ahead of the run shop where my spouse bought shoes in DC.
