I first shopped Talbots in the 60's in Chevy Chase Maryland as a young career woman and shopped their sales as a young mother. I've been shopping in Tuscaloosa for years. I have always been greeted and told about sales or specials and asked if I were looking for anthing particular. Can't imagine anyone in Talbots being rude!
Not a person spoke to or acknowledged me. The clothes were very well displayed and I was interested in buying several things. Needless to say I walked out and did not buy anything.
