I go into journeys today , I'm looking for Toms. I found a pair I wanted and asked the lady if she could go get these in my size and she said umm yes. Really rude. She said we only have a 9 in those. I go find another pair that was on display in my size , I asked her if she could go get the other shoe, she said no we don't have that . I said well, if the shoe in display is here then where is the other shoe? She yelled at me and said it's not here. I put my shoes back on and walked out. She never once greeted me when I walked in and never said anything when I walked out. I use to work at journeys in Hoover. I know how it works. She was extremely rude. Not someone who should have been working in a place like that. So I went and bought my Toms at mountain high outfitters and that's where I'll be shopping from now on. I will never go to that Journeys again! I did get her name and did call and complain. People like her should be far away from customer service jobs.
