This towing company is the worst towing company in Tuscaloosa. These guys came to my apartment complex where my car is registered and towed it. I called and they told me it would be $165 to get it back but they're closed on the weekend but still charge $10 a day to keep it there till Monday no discounts or anything for them being in the wrong. Do not use this company is you need your car towed. Customer service is horrible and they will charge you for every little thing there is to charge. They are not willing to work with you AT ALL.
Assembly Bill 2210 (Goldberg, Chapter 609, Statutes of 2006) protects consumers against the worst of illegal towing. Under AB 2210, if you spot a tow truck driver taking your car, and the tow truck is still on private property, the driver must release your car to you unconditionally.

They were coming for roadside assistance, but after waiting over an hour they cancelled. After waiting an hour, i called the dispatch and they said they didn't have any update. I recieved a call from the roadside assistance company and I confirmed not only the major intersection I was near, but also the minor intersection and gave a landmark to help. Then I got a text saying different company was coming. When I called the dispatcher again (less then ten minutes after the first time), he was rude and said the driver couldn't find me, and driver called multiple times and could not reach me (which seemes to be untrue). If I wanted them to come, I would have to call in again to roadside assistance and wait again. They may be good at towing, but I wouldn't know. Don't call if you are in a hurry, or are somewhere off the interstate unless you have GPS coordinates, or you may not get service.
On December 29th, this company was on private property and began the process of illegally towing my vehicle. According to Alabama law, tow truck companies or operators are prohibited from towing on private property including shopping malls and apartment complex's (my vehicle was located in the parking of a private apartment complex with valid parking permit in window), and the driver had not even hooked up the car yet. He told me that he would release the car for $160.00 cash. I've used numerous tow services before and have never been charged this much for just a hook up fee. Below is the FEDERAL law regarding towing on private property that covers every state. I will be contacting the owner and filing a motion in small claims court.
A tow truck operator who violates this law is subject to a civil misdemeanor, a fine of $2,500, and/or three months in jail. Also, consumers who can prove they have been charged illegal or excessive towing or storage fees are entitled to recover four times the amount of those fees in small claims court.
The driver was VERY unprofessional, and even had another tow truck show up with his "buddies" that done nothing but cuss at me and blow cigarette smoke in my face.
